Do I need a separate permit for each pet?

No. Permits are now issued per trip instead of per pet. Your single permit will cover all pets traveling with you on the same trip.

What is the difference between Standard and Expedited permits?

The Standard permit ($150) includes regular processing by the Bahamian government (1-2 business days). The Expedited permit ($250) includes an additional $100 government fee for express processing (1 hour), which is ideal for urgent travel needs.

How long is my permit valid?

All permits are valid for 6 months from the intended date of arrival, giving you flexibility in your travel plans.
